Hurricane Dorian has been downgraded to a Category 3 storm. The National Hurricane Center, while announcing the downgrade, said that the storm is continuing to produce wind gusts of up to 120 mph and a storm surge of 10-to-15 feet ’with higher destructive waves’. The storm’s current movement is stationary. At least five people were killed and dozens were injured in the Bahamas.
