Pence defends decision to stay at Trump property in Ireland

VP Mike Pence’s staff defended his decision to stay at one of President Trump’s properties while in Ireland amid criticism by Democrats. Among others, Dem. Congressman Ted Lieu accused Pence of ’funneling taxpayer money’ to Trump by staying at the hotel. Pence’s chief of staff said the decision to stay at the property was made at Trump’s suggestion. Also, Pence is bearing the cost for his family.

Funneling money, that is amusing given that the amount of actual profit generated after the verifiable service is provided pales in comparison to the types donations that were funneled through the Clinton Foundation.
