Tropical Storm Fernand threatens Mexican Gulf coast

With Hurricane Dorian wrecking havoc on the Bahamas, two new storms, Fernand and Gabrielle, have formed in the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Atlantic Ocean, respectively. Tropical storm Fernand is expected to cause heavy rainfall along the Gulf Coast of Mexico, while tropical storm Gabrielle poses no threat to land as of now.
