Kamala Harris unveils $10 trillion climate plan

Sen. Kamala Harris revealed a new $10 trillion climate plan, which aims for a carbon-neutral US economy by 2045. Like other candidates, Harris pledges to reverse the Trump administration’s rollbacks of federal environmental rules. The plan also leans on her record of punishing polluters as the state’s attorney general and San Francisco’s district attorney.
