Buttigieg proposes Defense Department fight climate change

Pete Buttigieg unveiled a $1.112 trillion climate change plan with a goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050 and creating over 3 million jobs in the next decade. The plan calls for investment in green technology R&D, as well as shoring up local communities from the effects of climate change. The plan involves creating a Climate Watch Floor within the Department of Defense to tackle the issue.

Personally I think it is a great idea. We should use the military to fight environmental activist/hippies. If they had dropped Napalm on Woodstock and used tanks at Kent State we would be having all these problems today.

Let's face it Pete, you don't have the boulders required to nuke climate change and you probably never even thought of grabbing it by the pussy.

And WTH is the Defense Department going to do to fight "climate change"? Send a squadron of of F-18s to attack the sun? Or more likely send a battalion of tanks to take over any companies that are in violation of "climate regulations"?

Apparently this is the sort of plan you get when a bunch of know-nothing political people sit in a room, smoke some weed, and try to "solve climate change. "

10 years left and yet real estate sales on the beach front are still high and profitable even to the D.C. elites.

Did they not see the work by the novel prize winning economist. He said the cost of doing something is greater than the cost of doing nothing below a specified temperature threshold. We are well well below that threshold and on our current trajectory it would likely be decades before it was fiscally or morally responsible to take action. I wonder how these morons get their information on this topic or if they just want socialism so bad they don't really care what it will do to the citizens. Not to mention there is no data that supports that any of these "solutions" would have a measurable change in climate. So much stupid.

Do not only does this plan cost trillions of dollars to start, we wont even see the dividends of this project for the next 30 years. You have to be some kind of brain let to believe that this will work.
