Socks help solve 28-year-old cold case murder

A suspect in the 19991 killing of a Pennsylvania woman has been arrested, after a pair of yellow socks helped break open the cold case. Theodore Donahue was arrested Tuesday in the murder of his girlfriend, Denise Kulb, after a reexamination of the case. Investigative tools helped cops match the sock found one Kulb’s body with one found in Donahue’s apartment using photo-enhancing technology.
