Boris Johnson’s prorogation of parliament is lawful, high court rules

British PM Boris Johnson’s decision to discontinue parliament for five weeks is legal, a high court in London has ruled. In a judgment handed down, Johnson was found to have acted lawfully in the advice he gave to the Queen to suspend parliament from next week. The ruling now goes to appeal at the supreme court. Earlier this week, a Scottish court turned down a similar legal challenge.

Damn it's going down, Glad BJ ain't backing down though. The USA made a "No Deal" plan to leave and we literally had to fight a war to prove our point.

It was a complete waste of tax payers money to even investigate that. Is it illegal for him to give advice to the Queen because it's advice you don't like? Of course not.

Don't forget. Boris was a remainer at the start of it. Also the main reason everyone voted leave was immigration. Boris has already said he wants it. Amnesty for half a million and open borders for 20 million Sart Afikans that are on their way right now. Points system my arse, believe it when I see it. I hope I'm wrong but I still think he will sell us down the river with Theresa the Appeaser's deal MK4.
