Law approved by Britain parliament to block October no-deal Brexit

A bill which was made to block a no-deal Brexit at the end of October has been accepted by the British Parliament. No formal vote was done at the final stage by the House of Lords as they approved the bill. The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has called it the ’surrender bill’.

I don't really agree with the concept of the Divine Right of Kings (I prefer a Hobbesian approach) but I have a feeling the U.K. is now reaping the darkest consequences of the English Civil War.
