Michael Flynn could be sentenced in December

The federal judge overseeing the case against former NSA Michael Flynn has set a December sentencing date. Flynn in 2017 pleaded guilty to providing false statements to the FBI during an interview about his contacts with the former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. Flynn’s legal team accused the prosecution Tuesday of ’egregious conduct and suppression’.

The deep state is shaking in their boots at the idea of a free Michael Flynn. He was in during the O admin, witness to all the crimes... "On April 17, 2012, President Barack Obama nominated Flynn to be the 18th director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Flynn took command of the DIA in July 2012." "During a Sept. 10 hearing at the Washington district court, Powell argued that the government withheld from Flynn’s previous lawyers information that would have been helpful to his defense, including the original draft of a Form 302 report from the FBI interview with Flynn." Potus declas will begin to unravel biggest scandal in U.S. political history. Check out epoch times for better coverage of spygate if this sounds exaggerated.

Flynn’s attorney (Sydney Powell) is the best there is. I believe she’ll get him off.
