Google okays employees discussing workplace issues

After agreeing on a settlement with the National Labor Relations Board, tech giant Google said that workplace issues can now be discussed by employees. While Google will not necessarily admit to having committed any wrongdoing, it will, however, be required to make employees aware about their speech rights.

That sounds like a good policy if it is enforced equally, which I doubt it was.

Yeah... That should not "have" to be ok'd. Now if your telling your boss their a F$&+ing C&my or something that's not cool, but expressing political views, or workplace "problems"? I mean we only have so much to talk about.

"...those policies do not prevent employees from discussing workplace issues."  How could there ever be even a tiny bit of confusion over something like this?! I don't give a shit what policies a company makes, as long as you are not giving away trade secrets or divulging customer personal information, you still have a right to free speech.
