Border agent wounded, suspect killed during traffic stop

A Border Patrol agent was shot and one suspect killed following a traffic stop east of the border city of Del Rio. The agent was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Officials said two agents pulled over a vehicle Friday evening near Brackettville when a person inside the vehicle fired on them. A second person inside the vehicle was taken into custody.

Gotta love it when the left labels these people as dreamers and families. Sure, there are families. It just so happens that MOST of these individuals are outside of the US for very very good reasons considering they don’t seem keen on going through background checks or customs.

There isn't any information about what led to the shooting or who the person in the pulled-over car was. CBP could have been pulling some bullshit and a liberty-minded driver could have properly exercised the second amendment, or it could have been a drug smuggler trying to kill in cold blood, or anything in between. I'll reserve judgment, and would advise others to do the same.

I suspect the lack of information. If this is a cause for concern then it should happen more often than this? Yet barely any sufficient information is available. I advise others to be patient.
