Britain’s Supreme Court has begun hearing arguments Tuesday about whether PM Boris Johnson’s decision to suspend parliament was illegal. The hearing will last for three days. The appeals revolve around ’whether it was lawful for the prime minister to advise Her Majesty to order prorogation’.
