White House drops objection to whistle-blower speaking to Congress

Senate lawmakers voted unanimously on Tuesday to give the whistleblower report filed against President Donald Trump to the House and Senate Intelligence committees. The non binding resolution was championed by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who called for the Trump administration to disclose a whistleblower complaint regarding the president’s communications with Ukraine.

Ummm there is no “whistle blower”. That term actually means something specific and this dude doesn’t fit that criteria. It has to be first hand knowledge that you come across in the course of your job... not a rumor you heard down by the water cooler.

It's like the Democrats have no idea what tune Trump is playing on them.

Whistle-blower wants to speak to house panel" is translated to "We want to drag out a set of unsubstantiated claims on TV and then hyperventilate on the news for a few more days".

So the so-called whistleblower that was not physically present and maybe only overheard things second or third hand can speak to a dimwitted Dem congressional 'investigation' that will yield nothing. Yep, that sounds like a good use of taxpayer money.

In other news, Dems want to push though legislation to put in web cam in the president's toilet as anything less than a perfect daily bowel movement is clear evidence of wrongdoing which would open the door for impeachment.

I wonder why the left would want inflammatory hearsay about the president all over the media like it was a legitimate complaint... Oh wait.

In the movies they sometimes portray congressional committees as super competent and doing useful things... what the Dems are doing right now is the opposite of that.
