Chief Justice Roberts says Supreme Court nonpartisan

Chief Justice John Roberts, speaking in New York on Tuesday, lamented the perception that the Supreme Court is becoming politicized. ’When you live in a polarized political environment, people tend to see everything in those terms’, said Roberts at the Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center in Manhattan. Roberts, appointed by President Bush in 2005, said justices do not work in a political manner.
