Facebook to face DOJ antitrust investigation

The Justice Department will soon open its own antitrust investigation into Facebook. The company is already facing three concurrent investigations into its practices, including two by state agencies. It is currently being investigated for antitrust violations by the FTC, the Judiciary Committee and a bipartisan group of AG’s. It is not yet known what exactly the DOJ’s investigation will focus on.
