Tesla and CEO Elon Musk violated labor laws, judge rules

A judge in California ruled Friday that Tesla, in 2017, violated the National Labor Relations Act several times by threatening employees and retaliating against them. The judge also found that a May 2018 Elon Musk tweet, where he said that joining a union meant giving up Tesla stock options, was also illegal.

elon needs better Twitter discipline. is the bane of his existence. and unlike trump, his ill-advised tweets never benefit him.

if a union were to get involved stock options would be a point of negotiation so yes they could lose stock options. I don't see how that is illegal but I don't know, I'm not a lawyer.

I'm fine with unions but they need to be able to stand on their own. the government intervening is not cool

Am I the only one that is against this ruling? Unions can pound dirt and if you join one in my company, I will fire you.

tesla survives on 1,000,000,000s of taxpayers money worldwide, not bad for multibillonaire.
