19 women rescued from Nigerian ’baby factory’

Police in Lagos, Nigeria, have freed 19 women and girls who had mostly been abducted and impregnated by captors planning to sell their babies. Four babies were also discovered. The girls and women, aged between 15 to 28, had been brought from all over Nigeria with promises of work. The so-called ’Baby factories’ sell male kids for around $1,630 and girl kids for $980.
