Sanders campaign pivots health scare to Medicare for All message

Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential election campaign on Wednesday sought to use the news around his heart procedure to highlight the benefits of his trademark Medicare for All healthcare plan. Sanders’ speechwriter, said this was ’a perfect example of why the United States needs to join the rest of the world and pass Bernie’s Medicare for All legislation’.

This is a terrible idea, and a worse policy. Bernie's recent emergency heart surgery is only an example of the need for greater healthcare as a person ages; which is what Medicare is for, and what it performs.

For Bernie, mediocre for all means stealing the hearts of the young, so he can consume them to become stronger, but who knows if he'll ever stop and what will become of him!

As a person ages, it becomes more and more expensive to keep them alive. This is why eventually every Medicare-for-all system turns from keeping a person alive to keeping them comfortable as they are allowed to die in order to keep costs down. Instead of this government run system, I would be more in favor of a mandated health savings plan for every person and letting them choose what to spend that money on. It cuts taxes and allows personal freedom. Win-win

How about this radical idea: "No government official (ex. Congress, President, or Courts,) shall exempt themselves from any law... proposed, or enacted. Any law that includes exemptions shall be deemed unconstitutional."
