Ireland, EU express caution over UK PM’s Brexit proposals

The European Union and Ireland expressed caution over UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal, and said that there were high chances that the Brexit proposals would not yield a deal. Britain was also warned by Ireland that it would end up landing a no-deal Brexit if it did not make more concessions.
