House Republicans possibly planning to replace Liz Cheney

According to reports, House Republicans are moving closer to ousting Conference Chair Liz Cheney from leadership. Replacements being considered include Reps. Elise Stefanik, Ann Wagner and Jackie Walorski. A vote determining Cheney’s fate in leadership could come as soon as next week. On Monday, Cheney slammed Trump over his election claims, writing ’The 2020 presidential election was not stolen.’
