California warehouse fire: Founder to be retried on manslaughter charges

Prosecutors on Friday said that Derick Almena, the founder of a work-live collective for artists would be tried for manslaughter. The collective, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, was caught in a fast-moving fire which led to the death of 36 party-goers. The incident took place three years ago.
