4. Conspiracy to commit these offenses (first-degree misdemeanor)
That's just insane.
16 year sentence for rigging School Homecoming for Queen but, no sentences for all those violent domestic terrorists in Poland and other Democratic states. What is wrong with this picture.
Wow! Not the election fraud news I expected to read. It would have thought that ringing a homecoming election could carry such stiff penalties.
Voter fraud only happens in high school elections.
