Supreme Court gets back to work

The Supreme Court is kicking off its new term with arguments in two murder cases that will test constitutional provisions. The Kansas and Louisiana cases concern whether the state can abolish ’insanity defense’ and the right of defendants to a unanimous jury in state trials.

Too bad all the linked articles are from fake media. :/ I have hopes that the SCOTUS will overturn some stupid past decisions.

"LGBTPQ job discrimination" is a BS concept. LGBTP are behavioral choices and should not be treated as if those who choose to engage in those particular behaviors have constitutional protection. If a heterosexual male goes to work and declares himself "jolly" because he likes anal sex with women, and makes it a big deal so that others are aware of it, the company should be able to rid itself of the pervert. People who choose perverted behaviors are not protected classes.
