US SC declines to hear petition from Domino’s

A petition from pizza giant Domino’s was quashed by the United States Supreme Court on Monday, as the SC chose to uphold a lower court’s decision that the company needs to make its website accessible to the disabled. Guillermo Robles, a visually impaired man had sued the company after he was not able to buy food from the company’s website and mobile app.

Honestly as these companies continually try to push us to use apps or websites to order food then they need to serve all their customers. Dominos is pathetic and disgraceful to fight this as if it hurts them.
