Records of 21 year old who overslept jury duty cleared by judge

The 21 year old who spent 10 days in jail after he overslept which caused him to miss his jury duty has had his records cleared by a judge. Deandre Somerville, a 21 year old overslept and when he woke up went straight to his job instead of coming to court. He was sentenced to jail time, 12 months’ probation and 150 hours of community service.

That is a crazy sentence. I’m actually for jail time (a fine would just let rich people get out of it).
