South Park creators issue mock apology over China censorship

’South Park’ creators issued a mock apology to China after censors banned the series online. The apology follows an episode, Band in China, depicting forced labor at a Chinese prison, and parodying companies that give in to censorship. The creators issued an ’official apology to China’ via Twitter, part of which read ’we welcome the Chinese censors into our homes and our hearts’.

How is it that South Park has become one of the better examples for our kids to look up to?

I love it. I wish more businesses had some convictions about freedom...but as we've seen with most mainstream media and big tech social media they are all about censorship and authoritarian policy so falling in lock step with communist China just seems like a no brainer....because you have to have no brain to do so.
