9 justices at the U.S. Supreme Court seemed divided over a landmark federal law forbidding sex discrimination in the workplace that protects gay and transgender employees. Conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch is emerging as a potential decisive vote. The Supreme Court has never ruled on transgender rights before.

So the case is only about what "sex" in title VII refers to? This is why language matters folks. Changing the meanings of words can literally change law without so much as a vote by anyone.

People should be allowed to be openly gay/lesbian at there job so long as they dont make it an issue. Trans should come to work dressed in attire that corresponds with their birth gender. If you want to dress up and play pretend you can do it at home.
