Saddleridge Fire burns more than 1,600 acres

A fast-growing wildfire broke, Saddleridge Fire, out in a Los Angeles community Thursday night, hours after a fire in neighboring Riverside County tore through a mobile home park. In Calimesa, 74 structures were destroyed and 16 others were damaged. In Sylmar, authorities shut down freeways and prompted evacuations, including nearly 300 children housed at a juvenile hall.

I guess PG&E didn't shut down enough people. Next time aim for five million residents.

Hey maybe some protesters could show up and throw some MAGA hats on the fire. To bring awareness to the climate crisis n shit, ya know?

Weird how these fires always strike California... but they are so smart and progressive, I thought they had a really smart forestry conservation plan in place! What gives? :D

Lawyers are drooling over the losses. "Think of how much money we'll make in the lawsuit against the power company!!"

I believe it’s Southern California Edison that operates down there, and PG&E is mostly up North.

So much for cutting the power and killing a man who stopped having his oxygen pump working. A pointless death at that.
