Apple told makers of TV Plus shows to avoid depicting China critically

Apple allegedly told creators of some of the original shows for its Apple TV Plus service to avoid painting China in a bad light, claims a report. The removal of was one of a series of actions Apple took at China’s instigation in the past week. Previously, data shows, in the second half of 2018, Apple challenged just two of 56 app takedown requests from the Chinese government.
