18 years after 9/11, Trump deploys our sons and daughters to defend the country that supported the terrorists that attacked us, and currently fund and arm terrorists in the regions we occupy. Disgusting.

I understand that there's something urgent about this (my guess, it's related to Iran), but the timing (the next day after withdrawal from Syria and leaving the Kurds to fend off Turkey) simply looks bad.

Let it all go, stop trying to control everything. Trade fairly and act with integrity on the world stage. Stop propping up regimes that are authoritarian because they appear to work in your interest ( they usually don’t in the end, everyone else in the world notices and your integrity nose dives some more) look after your own people , towns cities and infrastructure get a descent education system and health care using the billions of dollars you would save in military spending. Make America great again.

This may be wrong but... Consider this may be part of a long term strategy. You don't give them kit for them to use, you don't strengthen them, you defend them yourselves. Then over the years they become dependent on you and their military loses skills and kit for the areas you are doing for them. Then, if there are issues, they are totally in your pocket. If you pull out they are left vulnerable. They'll do anything to keep you there.
