US appeals court reopens Trump hotel lawsuit

A federal appeals court will reconsider a ruling from a three-judge panel that threw out a lawsuit accusing President Trump of illegally profiting off the presidency through his luxury hotel in Washington, D.C. A three-judge panel of the court ruled on July 10 that the attorneys general lacked legal standing to bring the lawsuit.
