Father of boy killed in Sandy Hook shooting awarded $450,000

The father of a boy who was killed in the Newton School shooting in Sandy Hook has been awarded $450,000. The father sued conspiracy theorists James Fetzer and Mike Palacek because of their book titled- ’Nobody died at Sandy Hook’. The book claimed that his son’s death certificate was fake and that the father lied about his son being dead.

Ridiculous. Can't believe someone claimed nobody died.

“Mr Fetzer has the right to believe that Sandy Hook never happened,” he said. “He has the right to express his ignorance. This award, however, further illustrates the difference between the right of people like Mr. Fetzer to be wrong and the right of victims like myself and my child to be free from defamation, free from harassment and free from the intentional infliction of terror.” Agreed.
