China’s quarterly economy growth slumps to 6%, a 26-year low

The world’s second-largest economy expanded by 6% in the three months ending in September, down from the previous quarter’s 6.2%, amid a tariff war with Washington. It was the lowest rate since China started reporting data by quarters in 1993.
