Spain to exhume dictator Franco’s remains on Thursday

Spain will on Thursday exhume dictator Francisco Franco’s remains from the state mausoleum in which he was buried in 1975. The ruling Socialists have long sought to exhume Franco’s remains and turn the Valley of the Fallen complex into a memorial to the 500,000 people who were killed during the 1936-39 civil war. Franco will be buried in the Mingorrubio El Pardo cemetery north of Madrid.

Imagine still being upset about a civil war you lost eighty years ago... The Valley of the Fallen is already a memorial for the dead. This is just commies trying to tear down a low point in their history.

the actual reason they are doing this is most likley because they lost the civil war and not because of those that franco killed

I think the description meant to say “Franco”, no “France”.
