Facebook suspends Russian, Iranian accounts guilty of influencing US voters

A network of Instagram accounts that were being operated from Russia were suspended by Facebook, the company announced on Monday. The accounts were allegedly using divisive political messages to target American voters ahead of the presidential elections in 2020. The company also revealed that some networks operating out of Iran had been suspended as well.
