Fired for racist slur, Wisconsin school guard gets job back

A black security guard is getting his job back at a Wisconsin school after he was fired for repeating a racial slur while telling a student not to use it. The guard, Marlon Anderson, was responding to a call Oct. 9 about a disruptive student when the student, who is black, called him obscenities, including the N-word. Anderson told the student not to call him that, repeating the slur.

See what happens when we say “well, them are the rules” without giving a single thought to it. The person that fired him obviously does not have the competence to do their job.
