Verizon has announced days before the launch of Disney+ that it has a partnership with the streaming service and will offer a year of free streaming for all 4G and 5G wireless users. The users will be able to activate their service on November 12th.

I'm not giving money to Disney after what they did to the Star wars franchise. Also, while it is good to have competing video services, if they all compete with exclusives rather than good service it's just making all of those services worse. Those greedy b... just don't want to go through a middle man like Netflix or Prime. Now everybody and their mom are coming out with their own independent platform and no platform will have a large range of choices thereby destroying the convenience and affortability of those services. They will all lose money in the process because it just means that piracy will make a huge comeback. The main driver in reducing piracy was the convenience of Netflix.
