Florida Senate upholds removal of sheriff over handling of Parkland shooting

The Florida Senate on Wednesday upheld the ouster of a former county sheriff accused of mishandling the response to the deadly Parkland school shooting. Scott Israel, the former sheriff of Broward County, was charged with incompetence and dereliction of duty for actions before and after the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland last year in which 17 people had died.

Removing this guy for his utter incompetence was a good thing. Let the rancid twat run for office again, I don't think he will be elected.
