Trump’s company exploring sale of Washington hotel

The Trump Organization said Friday it was exploring a sale of the rights to its Washington hotel. The property is at the center of litigation over allegations that President Trump violated anti-corruption provisions of the U.S. Constitution. ’People are objecting to us making so much money on the hotel, and therefore we may be willing to sell,’ Eric Trump said in a statement.

He donates every penny he earns as President. His companies suffer from constant barrages of protestors, while losing money every way they turn, YET he is using the presidency to get rich. While the poster child of, how to be a president, for the left has a Netflix deal and a new seaside mansion. yeah...

If he was really making profit from his presedency his company would not consider about selling said property because of all the controversy around them.

This was supposed to happen once he was elected. The conditions of the lease stipulate that if the owner were to become an elected official, it would need to be sold.

If they do, it's just going to be rebranded and transferred to a holding company.
