Teens charged with North Portland murder identified

The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office identified two teens Friday, accused of shooting and killing 65-year-old Ricky Malone in North Portland. 15-year-olds, Aaron Criswell and Richard Jerome Rand IV, are being charged as adults. The two are charged with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and first-degree burglary.

I'm guessing they won't be eledgable fo the death penalty even though it appears they planned on killing someone. I'm surprised they didn't kill more. Maybe we shouldn't call it a death penalty we could call it a post term abortion then it would be ok.

Ah Portland, the land of soy and honey. I bet they were kids who grew up in households with significant, if not complete, father absence, and at least one, if not both, is on SSRI drugs.
