EU agrees to delay Brexit until Jan. 31

The European Council president Donald Tusk has said the bloc has agreed to grant Britain a new Brexit delay to Jan. 31 next year. The announcement came as EU diplomats met in Brussels to sign off on the new delay to Britain’s departure from the bloc.

Basically the EU has agreed to an extension under the condition that the Brexit deal as agreed with Boris Johnson is passed. If parliament doesn't vote to agree to the deal then things could get very interesting.
