NSC official testifies in-front of House impeachment inquiry

Alexander Vindman, a National Security Council staffer became the newest witness for the House impeachment inquiry investigating President Trump’s phone call to his Ukrainian counterpart. Mr. Vindman, who is also a lieutenant colonel with the United States Army, decided to respond to the subpoena that was issued to the White House and accordingly arrive for the testimony.

They can't testify in front of the impeachment inquiry because no such committee has been formed and no vote had been cast to set aside such a committee with resources and guidelines. The title is fake and misleading. These people testified in front of some of the Judiciary committee because others are barred from their sideshow.
