White House eyes Cuccinelli as acting DHS secretary

The White House is eyeing Ken Cuccinelli, the acting director of Citizenship and Immigration Services, to be the new Department of Homeland Security (DHS) secretary. Under the rules, Cuccinelli is ineligible to be DHS secretary because he has not served atleast 90 days under the last Homeland Security secretary, however, the Trump administration is hunting for a way to avoid the vacancies statute.

I really do not care at this point who Trump puts in these positions. I hope he is able to stuff the Judicial branch with anti-Leftists judges. I hope he puts anti-Leftists in these cabinet positions. And it certainly seems like the Democrats and the Left are motivating Trump to pursue this.
