Judicial nominee breaks down amid question about attitude toward LGBT people

One of President Trump’s nominees for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals broke down in tears during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing Wednesday, as he disputed suggestions that he would not be fair to members of the LGBTQ community. Lawrence VanDyke was asked about concerns that the American Bar Association (ABA) brought forth about his treatment of LGBT people.

This guy - and all other judicial nominees - should not expect the Left to treat them with respect, dignity, or integrity, not after Kavanaugh. I am sure this guy would be a perfectly fine judge, he needs to have a spine and a pair of big balls to get through the shit they will throw at him.

All people are supposed to be treated under the Law dicks which doesn't mean assign special privelages to people who just don't want to acknowledge that they have.. or had a penis vice versa.
