Iraq PM pressed to quit as protests clog streets

Iraqi security forces killed two people on Wednesday by shooting tear gas canisters directly into their heads in an attempt to stop protesters entering Baghdad’s Green Zone. The country’s most powerful politicians appeared to withhold support for PM Mahdi as anti-government protests have swelled. Demonstrators have said removing Mahdi would not be enough after four weeks of unrest.

He will be tossed out it sounds like. Seems most of the protesters are wanting all or almost all of the current leadership to be turned over.
