Apple profits hit by slowing iPhone sales

Apple’s sales and revenue exceeded analyst estimates as the company’s newest iPhones got off to a better start than expected. The company reported $33.4 billion of iPhone sales between July and September, a 9% decline on the same period last year. The management indicated that price cuts on many ranges will help drive momentum in the holiday season.
