Trump changes primary residence from New York to Florida

US President Donald Trump said on Thursday he will be making Palm Beach, Florida, his permanent residence instead of his Trump Tower apartment in New York City. Trump filed documents in September with the Palm Beach County Circuit Court changing his primary residence. Trump has owned the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach since 1985.

Hahahahaha. So eager to see the comments on the next Florida Man story. Suddently I'm sure there's going to be a new found respect from a lot here for Florida Man.

This is actually a good political move. Presidential Elections traditionally get better results from the state they are from, and trust me, there are many New Yorkers that moved down to Florida over the year. He wouldn't win New York state anyway. Also, Florida doesn't have income tax, not that matters for Trump at the momment.
