China can hit US with sanctions worth $3.58 billion, says trade body

A WTO panel said on Friday that China was entitled to slap compensatory sanctions on U.S. imports worth $3.58 billion annually for the U.S. failure to remove anti-dumping duties. WTO needs to rethink this or it is finished as an meaningful organization. Just because the very same companies sit as the judges being blackmailed by china does not mean those companies should kow tow and render ridiculous decisions that are counter to the evidence. Just another example of Wall Street not working for you but for the objectives of the Chinese Communist Party. There is a war going on and you are losing.

The WTO is useless. If the US loses in a WTO decision we comply. If any other country loses they simply claim national interests and defy the ruling.
