John Eisenberg, a White House lawyer claimed he has been instructed by President Donald Trump to defy a subpoena to appear in the House impeachment inquiry. Mr. Eisenberg has said he will abide by the instructions given by the President.
Schiff seems to have forgotten the presumption of innocence in the US.
Innocent people are not afraid to testify on their own behalf. POTUS has no right to act as though he were above the law. Had Clinton done this the Republicans would have been screaming from the rooftops. Trump needs to play grownup and go through the process as specified as he swore to uphold it when he took his oath of office. Schiff is doing nothing illegal.
