Poland broke EU law with its 2017 judicial reform, rules top court

EU’s top court ruled on Tuesday that Poland broke the law when it lowered the retirement age for judges in 2017 and introduced a different retirement age for women and men in the profession. The ruling, dealing a blow to the nationalist government, said Warsaw is breaking the rule of law by undermining the independence of courts.

Why does the globalist EU appeal to anyone? Plus why does Poland want lower a retirement age for female judges?

The judges they're trying to purge are relics of the communist era who built their entire lives around communist style corruption. They'll do anything for a bribe, because under communism it was the only way to survive and so they cling onto that lifestyle for dear life. The EU does NOT want to lose those people!

A quick read of the Rueters article shows that Poland already addressed some of the concerns, which was nice of them because the EU is trying to bully Poland into hurting themselves over on "refugee"(economic migrant) resettlement, which is what this is all about. I am thinking it's time for... #Polexit

Pretty sure Poland no longer cares about the EU. See: refuses to take in refugees and anti-Islam.

I bet the Polish love the Germans (because we know who runs Europe and it ain't the French) telling them what to do again... If anybody were in doubt that once again the British had the right idea about what's right for them and Europe as a continent, here's another bit of evidence.

The EU court would say that wouldnt it? It's as unprejudiced as the British Supreme Court. Unaccountable judges who don't understand Poland and are in the pay of the EU, make pronouncements on something that is not their business. Typical EU interference.
